  1. Sorry went on holiday the day she handed the letters in to BH. Handed the letter in and then went in 1 week and 1 day later to pay and they didn't bat an eyelid at it, its been taken off. She had to resign agreement/contract things, but all is sorted. YAY!! Thanks to Lefty for the letter templetes.
  2. Hi all, Just a post about my girlfriend's nightmare with brighthouse to date. She had a 56" TV which broke, she complained to the store who replaced it with a 50" while hers was away for repairs. The replacement breaks after about a week, complains to local store again and they tell her that the 56" tv can't be repaired, so she will have to have a 50" TV but the weekly payments will not change. This was all over 6 weeks ago, nothing was done, dispite constant complaints to the store, During this time, the recipts start to show a 50" TV not 56" TV. (can they just change this with out her having signed anything?) Then this week, at last the new 50" TV turns up. Been waiting for the TV to arrive so we could cancel the OSC, (seemed foolish to do it while we didn't have a working TV.) I have got a copy of the letters to cancel the it, and my girlfriend is going to hand them in this week. After reading some posts about BH saying OSC can't be cancelled after a claim is made and that this is lies, I'm expecting a battle to get it done. I'll Keep you all posted of what happens, (some of the exchanges between my girlfriend and the BH staff have been quite colourful, so i'm expecting more of the same)
