the letter has now came. its £12 not £10

hello, i have a payday loan with lending stream, but for whatever reason the paymint did not come out of my account. today i have phone them and i got told a letter has been posted and a charge of £10 has been apply to my account. can i be pointed to a letter to send them as a £10 for a letter can not be justified or, what the same thing to say?

i dont know if this is right but, as the laptop is still under contract is it upto the shop to fix it and or will it come under the sales of good act??

all, mobile network say there offer unlimited texts, however if you do read the T's & C's most offer 3000-3500 as a limit. as for cosing 40p a text if you go over your limit unless your sending a picuter message, a short code message or sending a text overseas, a uk text should cost then 10-12p

hello all, any update to this please? i have phoned creditexpert up a few times about what there putting on my report. i have told creditexpert to get proof that b.gas can mark my file and i am getting the run round. b.gas are saying that there entry is right and must stay on my file. as post the post befor says "personal data must be processed fairly and legally" i did mine over the phone and as far as my mind goes i can never rember i was told that "we send info to CRAs"

update, a latter has came today saying "unon futher investigation, we are abul now to confirm that we have contacted you in error and that you not in fact our debtor" "accpet our apologies and our assurances that your personal detalis have been taken off our system/database"
