Hi, the best way to deal with these big compaines like what was said before, is to phone and explain to them, as they will be more inclinded to help you, rather than calling then and just giving them greif, which i know is what you really want to do!!!!! explain what you can afford and they will more than likely expect and try and help you as much as they can. good luck
  2. Hi To be honest it sounds like they are pulling a [problem]!!!! clamping a car, taking a pic, and then removing the clamp, all the while longer you are non the wiser!!!! Then they send you the bill and threaten you with the baliifts!!!!!! it has been a known [problem] for a number of years!!! Like everyone else says just ignore the letter and report it to your local Trading Standards office, as they might have details of the company doing it to others, and can help in getting them off your back!!!! Hi i am new to the forum!!!!! i was wondering if anyone could help in leading me in the right direction in order to claim back some of my bank charges!!!! what ones and how to do it, and more importantly if i can!!!! I would really greatful for any help given, and will try to help with any questions anyone might have, as i am very detailled on the consumer credit act 1974, ammended 2006
