Hi, i was a supervisor of care for the elderly for 15yrs my last employer was for a agency and it was home care type.I was initially accused of theft from a confused client, I was suspended pending further investigation the police were involvd and i was cautioned for theft.It took more than 3months before i finally threatened the company with a tribunaral (done via acas) they gave me my back pay of salary owed to me, They have said now that i no ,longer work for them but i have had no reason as to why i have been sacked.The police have still not decided if the alligation is true,im not allowed near any clients houses and not allowed to contact staff.I have decided to take thm t a trbunaral for the dismissal,I have to attend the police station tommorrow to see if they are letting it go or chargin me with theft,How can i ever do the job i have done all my life after this?? what will happen to my clean record of over 15yrs,The alligation is obviously untrue but the agency havent even heard my side or wrote to me the only letters i got were the first suspension letter then the cheque for the salary owed,Why have i had no support from my work collegues who know how much i love my job and how may wks i worked over 50hrs just so the clients were un disrupted because of the lack of staff.
