  2. My first post, woohoo Anyway, I've decided to try and make a small claim to get back the rediculous charges Abbey have levied from my account over the past month. For being over my overdraft limit to the sum of £3.30 for 4 days they have ended up charging me £30! I know that doesn't sound like a lot but I'm a poor student. I sent the preliminary letter from the library section just over a week ago, but since then I have recieved my next statement and they are trying to take ANOTHER £20 because their rediculous OD charge took me over my limit AGAIN! I was just wondering what I should do...? Should I send them another letter to up the claim to £50 or wait until they reply to my initial request? I still can't believe they have the gall to impose these massive fees, £50 is 1500% of the amount I was over my limit!!
