  1. Is it possible to see these documents via net? What would be the correct way to request this document, just ask for tmo for lowndes square kensington? Also if the parking suspension doesnt have the paperwork to back it up would that mean i would still have the charge because its still the original residents parking? Sorry this is all new to me but i have faith in this site after getting my bank charges back!
  2. Lamma i appreciate your help mate and i have searched around but i just dont know the right way to go about getting the tmo. Do i ask for this paperwork form the people who issued me the ticket? Or can i find the order on a database on the net? Also i checked where i parked last night and it appears that another parking suspension sign just a bit up road is broke in half! this could help as well couldnt it? Thanks
  3. So you think i could defianlty have grounds to appeal and not pay? Thats excellent if i can. Lamma i did look inot what you saying about the TMO i looked on the site but i couldnt find anything relevant to this area? Could you tell me proper way of checking the TMO. Thanks for your help btw

  5. ok thanks for the advice how can i post pics etc please?
  6. And if the paperwork does exist do i have a case for appeal still? Even if the sign is legit in regards to paperwork i still think i may have a case dont you?
  7. Hi Great forum i used it alot to claim bank charges with success! Recently i have been given a parking ticket while at work. The ticket was issued by "The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea" it also says in partnership with NCP on the ticket. The ticket is the standard price of £120 but £60 within 2 weeks. Its confusing but Im sure this ticket is unfair and would like some help to determine if i have a case to appeal or whether its a waste of time. The area where i got the ticket was Lowndes Square which is a sqaure of flats which is a residents parking area only but on the signs it says from 830am - 1000pm which im assuming means you can park there after 10pm if your not a resident right? However at the moment one of these flats/houses is basically a building site all boarded up outside with the same sign outside exept there is a sign there saying "warning parking suspended" with hand writing on it saying: from: Tues 24th June Until 630pm until: fri 19th Sept Place: All parking between suspension signs Reason: Load/Unload access Now i understand basically its saying that due to loading unloading of lorrys etc no Residents can park here can park here until 630pm. However I read this sign and assumed this applys to everyone and not just Residents so i parked there after 630pm, i think its confusing and contradicts all the other signs in that area. I recived my ticket at 8:08pm. I have photos of the sign which would show better then what i can explain but dont think i can post them. Any help would be great and where i should go from here. Thanks
