The company is First Debt Recovery

Just looked at the website they dont appear on their list thats no surprise, do you think they might have the power to investigate or which ombusman deals with these cases ?

Ive cancelled my contract with DCA following their very abusive phone manner, and i am the client. I am trying to get a refund for the total lack of work undertaken by them. Is there a complaints body to which they are accountable to or is it just the ombudsman.Has anyone got any advice on the correct complaints procedure against these "crooks"

Also where can you go to see if a ccj has been lodged against that person that is either free or not to expensive

Will he have ccj against him now judgement by default has been achieved or does that come after enforcement is applied for and how long have you got before you need to apply for enforcement following judgement. is ther a time limit

No they coveniently gave up their job and their assetts are limited

Hi I got various catologue items for a so called friend ? who has susequently refused to pay for them I have since been threatened by the catalogue that the debt belongs to me. dispite numerous calls and letters recorded delivey aswell going back over more than a year they have refused to complete payment for them when in the meantime my account is accruing interest on unpaid items. I took out a small claim with mcol and have susequently been awarderd judgement. I was advised by someone to use a debt recovery firm to guarantee that i would get my money. These in turn have been extremely hostil
