  1. As Pat says you've complied . The police are either wanting to see you to 1. serve another NIP, or 2. try and convince you to take the rap or 3. issue you with a summons. If it goes to court they will have to prove that you were the driver of the vehicle beyond reasonable doubt. Their failure to comply with your reasonable requests will not put them in a good light

  3. Probably their local court. It will be transferred to your local court once you file a defence
  4. You have to return the AOS to court. You can fax it or check and see if they do e filing

  6. The creditor can issue a DN at any time - you then have the legal argument over whether the agreement had been terminated or not. Much better to sandbag them at court with the Defective DN when it is too late to do any rectification work:D

  11. There is a Matrix conference in leeds this afternoon which a pal is attending out of curiosity to do with selling the debt. Basil Rankine is the star turn and is apparantly the most qualified and eminent person in the land regarding CCA. I've asked my pal to ask him if he appealed the decision etc. I'll let you know what he says....................

  15. Can a lender discontinue a claim because of defective default notice then just reissue a new default notice and issue court proceedings again? Halifax have just done that.................
