  1. Hi Green and Mean, thanks for your response. Can i also fight this case on the grounds that there was no obvious notification that these changes were coming into force within the large car park itself? I would really appreciate if you can give me some tips on how to handle this matter when appealing. Thanks
  2. Hi, I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me where i stand where the above matter is concerned. You see..... my local council car park was free to park on Saturdays and Sundays, that was until last week. This week, unbeknown to me, they changed the rules and now Saturdays and Sundays is no longer free to park. The council did this without informing the public of the impending changes, the old sign board has not changed, the only thing that has changed on that signboard is the wording 'sundays' which does not stand out, there is no bold notification of the changes to Saturday and Sundays parking restrictions. What i would like to know is are they breaking the law? I was told that by law they have to notify the public of any changes for 21 days in advance. Please can someone advise me on this matter. Thanks in advance.
