  3. At last after reading varoius threads over the past couple of months I have found the courage to send DPA letter today!! Yipee!! I have been furious with the woolwich for years. We are a hard working family with 2 young boys who's life has been made extremely difficult due to excessive charges being forced on our account, often resulting in direct debits bouncing as a result of unfair charges causing us to enter a cycle of debt. I'm sure when I get our statements the amount will be thousands so I'm ready to go allthe way. Wish me luck I'll keep you posted!!
