it was verbal but i need to write them a leter expressing how upset it made me feel also after they said that to me i left the problem escalate because of there view i have contacted them they said they never ever recieved the drs report but the doctor sent me a copy and i gt the bank to send them another report and they have since said on the phone they recieved it i dont no what to do
