Hi all, I've been unemployed since November and am in receipt of benefits. I have started enjoying bank charges and since being thrown out of home when I was 17, bank fees have been a problem on and off. I was directed to this site today by a friend and have been readin, readin, reading since. I've now decided to put in a claim, because I have received £160 charges within a single day on several occasions and I only receive £110 myself every fortnight! Anyways, I am going to follow the guidelines on this site and am going to keep my progress updated for anyone else starting a new claim after me. Meantime, I found the Citizen's Advice website handy (although as a group I find them unhelpful) - lost the link but will get it tomorrow.
