  1. Can anyone help i've come stuck now. Sent 1st letter asking for refund of bank charges on 18th may 2007, I recieved a letter back today from them stating.......... That they have carried out an investigation of your complaint and I am satisfied that the charges have been correctly applied to youe account. Then they go onto say that "When I opened the account I agreed to there terms and conditions which explained the charges would be applied if i did not keep to them" And basically says they are declining my complaint. Do I go straight ahead with the LBA now or still wait the 14days from when i sent the last letter. And also sorry would the wording have to be changed on the LBA as it states not getting any reply which i did get and what would you recommend changing it to. Thankyou
  2. This is my first post and just wanted to say hi. I've been reading through everything for a couple of months now and feel i'm ready to claim all that money back they have taken from me over the years I've been with them so here goes.
