Hi.No i rang the courts nad they said my claim had been struck out!They said they had sent me a letter.I cant remember receiving one.Dont know what to do now?

Hi i have a receipt saying i payed it up..I have never let them in my house.And i wouldnt.No chance!. have got a case worker on my case to find out Why its so much.Ihad trouble with them last year.The boss is a w----r He wouldnt except a payment ioffered himSo i called my local councillor,She spoke to him.He called me a liar.I hadnt spoke to him.When i know i did,Arsehole.So i think he has infor me,Cant beleive I have had one letter.Next he is comming around with van.wtf!

I just payed equita off.Just before christmas.for 2 years council tax.Anyway they are after me again I recievd a letter.then A week later.They hand posted one of these,With a charge of £250.This cant be right.I only got one letter then they said they will remove goods in 7 days.I am sur ethis cant be right.Thought i was 40 first visit?In debt up to my eye balls.Not enought money comming in to cover everthing.What do you do?

I am on the sick from work.My husbands not on a good wage.Anyway.Got well behind with my council tax.Went to court.blah! blah!Anyway i received a bailff letter the othe day.Than i got one threw the post hand posted.With a form with all my car details on.Saying my car ould cover the cost of the outstanding bill.Ineed the car as i have a bad back.I am under a specialist.On the bill he put £250 for calling charges.This cant be right?Must admit aquita Arte a bunch of arse holes.I only paid one up before christmas.Now this!

What it is.I have a morgage with them.I have banked with them for 40yrs.Plus i have know the manager for 30years.It was her idea to do this for me.Because i was in a rut and couldnt get out and its was making this worse.

I have to say.My bank have been fantastic!My overdraft has been handed to the collectors.This was arrange by the bank manager and myself.The relieffelt so good knowing everypenny i put in wont be took in charges..I have to open a new account.where i cant ahve a overdraft.This will help me a great deal.So its like a new start.So the monies i owe them will be paid a £1 a month.I am so happy now!This does not mean i am still claiming my charges back.Last month the charges where £300.I just couldnt get straigh.As soon as my sick pay went in they took it off me.Leaving me with jack ****!Now i will be able tosort my self out.Thanks to my ba:):)nk manager.

Can someone advise me on my rights?I bought wood burner from scotland.I paid with my debit card.Anyway we had the fire fitted 2 weeks after we bought it,Just recently inside the fire there is glass at either side.held in by clips and a screw.:-|But the clips have undone and its awkward to reach them to tighten them.We cant light the fire because of this. and we are frighted of breaking the glass.We have had the fire for 8 weeks.Does the company have to fix this or is it up to us.The fire cost us £400.we dont know what to do?

Hi thanks for the reply.Its a bank loan credit card.he got 2yrs ago.with hsbc.He made 4 paymnets on the loan with hsbc.Then he lost hours at work.Then he was left with £1 a month to live on.So he had no money to pay.He hasnt payed for two years then they sold the debt to mackenzie hall.They have been chasing him ever since.

My son owes them £8.grand and other debts to.(small ones )He got made redundant.He is on jobseekers allowance.How much does he have to pay them.He only has £20 left every fornite.He is going out of his mind with worry.He has no asscets.Helives with me and his dad.Any advice?

I have claimed hardship last year.They payed me out £500 to pay debts off..I am now in dire straights due to ill health.Can i claim again?

Is it possible to apply for hardship claim when you have already had one?I was given a payment of £500. to pay some of my debts off.now i am off work again again due to poor health.And then again struggling to make ends meet.I am living off sick pay.Which is £79.weekly.I owe debts all over.I have had phone calls. Bailiff letters etc.Can i appy again under hardship for more money.I am desprate to get these debtors off my back.It not helping my health. I am not sure if i am able to work anymore.

I am on the sick at the moment from work.Is the bank allowed to take my sickness benefit for bank charges?I put my sick money in last week.They took all of it for my bank charges.All together they charged me £105.charges in a week.

I took my sickeness pay in yesterday.Guess what?they took in charges.so i have no money now.They did email head office to see if they would refund me.They said no.Because they already gave me some of my refund to pay off bailiffs.£550.they gave me.Surely!This cannt be right taking my sickness benifit off me for charges?

When will this ever end? The case for the charges? I have had mine going for 3 yrs i have been to court had a stay put on it.This was 3 yrs ago.Still no sight to the end.I will be dead by the time its get sorted,Why is it taking so long?I dont understand.

I offerd to donate £10 every 3 months to help st johns ambulance.Anyway i realised there wasnt going to be any money in the account so i rang st johns ambulace up told them to cancell till get on my feet.Anyway the guy said" right thants cancelled.Then i gets a letter from the bank to say they had tried to take it out.and because there were no funds the bank charges me £35.I ahve rang st johns ambulance.they say you need to mr carter.Can i get hold of him?The receptionist says i will get him to call you.But he never has.This has been going on now for 3 weeks.Is ther anyone else i can contact?

My sons friend has been away for two days.He got back to find the esatate agent has been in the house changed the locks.And left a note and give him two weeks to get out. As the owner has sold the property.He pays his rent on time can this been legal?
