  1. Lloyds sent me a list of all my late fee transactions etc, what do I do to claim them back?
  2. I will have to double check, as soon as i find out i will post on here.
  3. Im not sure and I don't have it with me at the moment as it's at home.
  4. it was sent on the 18/08/2008. yes i have the agreement from them but there is no signature from myself on it.
  5. I have a lloyds CC and i owe about £1500, I sent them a number of letters stating I can only afford to pay X amount and including a in/outgoings spreadsheet but they refuse to accept it. they want a minimum payment of £133 which just isn't happening. what else can I do? I have a CCA from them, and i sent off a SAR but have not heard anything back from them!
  6. I got sent the CCA from my lloyds cc today and I just wanted to know if there is meant to be a page with my signature on it as there isn't one. If not what does this mean?
  7. Yes charges have been applied
  8. I over a CC debt with Lloyds for £1,274.08, I sent them a letter from this site saying I can only afford so much a month and I also included my ingoings and outgoings. They refused my first offer, I then sent them the same letter offering more and enclosed a cheque which they did not cash. This morning I get a letter from this solicitor (Sechiari,Clark & Mitchell) saying that they are instructed my LLoyds who advise them that despite several reminders including the issue of a Default Notice served pursuant to Section 87(I) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 my account still remains out of order and that I repay the account balance within 7 days. I really don't know what else to do! Can anyone give me any advice on this matter?
  9. The debt is about 2 years old, I sent CCA and I was sent a edited photo copy which I posted on here but a the time no one gave me any advice on what to do then!
  10. Thanks for your help! Has anyone got a letter for such a thing?
  11. Yes I sent them the income/expenditure form weeks ago along with my payment offer!
  12. Ok, Should I write back to them? If so saying what?
  13. 1st Credit are now asking me to send them proof of my income along with a list of my other expenses. I have already sent them a copy of my expenses, but are they legally entitled to ask for my proof of income as that would mean sending payslips etc as I don't want these people knowing where I work!
  14. its about 2-3 years old, yeah i know the procedure for sending a CCA, it just annoys me that they refuse my offer but still cash my cheque!
  15. ok fair point, I will send the CCA asap!
