Hi, Thanks for your advice particularly Miss Muppet, watch this space!!!!

Help!!! In Jan 08 i attended court in response to a debt of £1,400, the outcome was the court agreed for me to repay CapQuest at £40 p.m (incidently no rep from CapQuest attended?) No info on who, how, where to pay each month so wrote to court asking the question. They responded by saying contact CapQuest. This was done but surprise surprise no response. Last week (9th May) my wife and i received notification from HH Legal Collection Solicitors on behalf of Capquest 'Interim Charging Orders'. We responded by letter explaining the above and that my circumstances had changed (made redundannt in Feb, no new job as yet). Today (Sat 17th May) we have received a B136 (CO) letters from the land registry office. Please what are my options?
