  1. Yes. Give them name. address and branch. They will be able to trace it. Make a formal DPA request = they must comply.
  2. Read the FAQs. They can charge a maximum of £10 and have 40 days from receipt of your payment. Can you scan your letter and email it to [email protected]?
  3. If it is an informal arrangement, there should be no effect on your creditors. Of course if they hear of your successful claim they might want some of it. It's your money and your decision.
  4. You filed with Moneyclaim? All claims are automatically listed in Northampton CC. If it actually goes to court the claim will be moved to Cardiff.

  12. Have they filed a defence with the court or just notified you by letter? Going previous experience you will get another letter in7/10 days saying that although with charges were justified but it's not worth their while going to court with an offer to settle. Watch the conditions carefully and back here.
  13. Welcome. The letter in the library is a draft. Of course, amend it to suit your needs. Keep us posted.
  14. They will keep to going to almost the last minute in the hope that you will be scared off. However you must be prepared to go to court.
  15. Keep at it and keep us posted.
  16. My current claim against Lloyds TSB will wrap up in1/2 weeks. Next is LlyodsTSB Visacard. Only £120 which would come in handy, but in the general interest I'm happy to join this.
  17. Write back thanking them for the staements and remind them that you also requested details of any manual intervention or if there were none, confirmation that this was so. And then follow up in a week.
