  1. Excellent news. Back to serving chip butties in his café now for Perky.
  2. Perky would have a very high burden to overcome in order to prove his allegations in a court of law.
  3. I in all honesty cannot see the likes of CPS or any other PPC for that matter making complaints to the police.
  4. Setting aside the CCJ means it no longer has any force. CL want the charging order because they have the CCJ. If the CCJ is set aside the charging order is dead anyways. Also if you set aside the CCJ you can probably beat CL in court and not have to pay them anything.
  5. I would try and get an adjudication first and then confront the council. In order to do that you will need to get a PCN first and go thru the system.
  6. As stated before by Mr. Perkins, CPS is an unlimited liability partnership with some 8 members and 2 appeals staff. All I know is that Perkins is the front man of CPS.
  7. The registered keeper cannot enter into such a contract. Any alleged contract is between the landowners or PPC acting as agent and the driver. Any details of their Data Protection Act registration? Sign is a lot of bollocks. /me awaits PPC trolls.
  8. Of course not. They can wear what they want. The most usual uniform is a bald head, visible tattoos and a leather jacket. This is usually accompanied by a menacing demeanour.
  9. We have suspected that for a long time over on pepipoo. Thanks for confirming our suspicions. Why would a cafe need a DPA registration for private detective purposes?
  10. Because if there is suddenly a large amount of out of towners parking in CPS car parks getting invoices CPS will smell a rat and not pursue them knowing them to be pepipoo/CAG members.
  11. You would be better advised to completely ignore then than take part in any sham appeals processes.
  12. Why are you not applying for the CCJ of June 2007 to be set aside?
  13. I want to exchange my Irish licence for a UK one. I have been in the UK a year now and I got busted for speeding last month. Problem is I will have to go to court unless I can get a UK licence soon. Now when I send off the Irish Licence with my passport as proof of identity is that it? Is that all they need? I have been told horror stories of the DVLA demanding secondary id and proof of address. Is that really the case? Cheers John
  14. I will happily drive to Wolverhampton to receive an unenforceable invoice from CPS so they can take me to court. I just need to know some of the locations.
  15. I am grand thanks. I use SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers to save money.
  16. They might as well be as they are not included in any inclusive minute packages. They cost you money. Hence premium.
