Hi, Please can someone give me some advice re: HFO. They contacted me in December stating that they had purchased a debt from Welcome (which had been cleared some time ago) Welcome never contacted me about this. I was constantly harrassed by HFO and Turnbull Rutherford Solicitors, who not accept that I did not owe this money. Today, I have had Summons from Northanpton CC and I am very worried. I will be replying to CC giving all info that I have about debt being cleared but will this be enough. Please Help!! Thanks
