Hi can anyone help answer me please, do you know if there's any room for negotiations if I were to come into more money than the total debts of my trust deed? I am half way through. I know it's my debt so I should be content to pay it all off but will my trustee negotiate on my behalf as currently creditors will only be getting a small amount in a year and a half when it ends but i'd be more than happy to give them more than they currently stand to get - yet greedily just not all? Does anyone know of ending a trust deed early without paying back everything and maybe even interest too? Would there have been a definite windfall clause in my paperwork stating the terms of this or is each case different and dependent on your IP? Is there any benefit to the IP in recovering the whole amount for my creditors? Thanks in advance guys!
