Goodstuff Reallymadwoman I studied your thread on the FOS and found plenty of good info that allowed me to prepare a couple of complaints the FOS returned them to me, but I have since returned them to walter merrick with a complaint, because boths complaints I made happened after 6th April 2007 and both comapnies involved hold credit licences issued by the OFT. Keep up the good threads.
Cheers Spark1

The way I read your posts, you dont sound happy with the forum or the advice on offer. I believe this forum is free to use. The simple alternative is to put your hand in your pocket and pay a solicitor for advice.

He only wants you to delay and settle with the others so if you lose he will bring them up in court
hes really digging now bet you get a request to settle out of court has is little bum is fluttering
before agreeing to settle let us now cuz i for one one would make a donation and i bet others will so you wont lose out money wise if you did lose in court
That way it would set a presidence for us all to sue them and use your case as reference thats WHAT HE DOESNT WANT
Regards chris
Thats a good idea m8

Mr Mills called me yesterday
he wanted me to stay my case, as i have other legal cases with the creditors and he wants me to settle my case with them before experian settle.
I said, i can sue who i like and judge said i have the legal right to sue experian and told him to bugger off, and that i will not delay the case
He knows full well, if you resolve the issues with the creditors first, there will be nothing left to resolve with Experian
You take Experian first the others will full apart
Then the flood gates open

Complaining to the Financial Ombudsman Service
in Debt Collection Agencies
Posted
I had 2 complaints sent back, 1 was acknowledged and stamped, the other 1 was ignored. Both complaints were about companies licensed by the OFT and occured after April 2007. I sent the 2 of them back with a letter of complaint to MR. Walter Merricks and information printed form the FOS webbsite to show why my complaints fall within their jurisdiction. They dont like anything to involved imo.
