Hi, new to this and just finding my way around this great site. Cautiously started letters claiming repayment of bank charges with Lloyds some time ago. Have filed a claim online but Lloyds have filed a defence to this claim and it has now been transferred to the court. Will fill in Allocation Questionnaire and send off with fingers and everything else crossed. Still very concerned that I will be the twit that has done something wrong and will not get money back. Wish me luck:)
