  2. This is only my second post, but have been avidly reading through the website for weeks now. So much great advice and many thanks for all the hints I have picked up. So, further to my initial finding of this site, I have entered into a DMP and sent CCA request to all 8 of my creditors. There are still a couple of days to go before the 14 days is up, but I am still receiving phone calls from Mercers and court threatening letters from Solicitors on behalf of Capquest/Vodafone.   3. I have read several other posts advising to keep everything to written correspondence and do not speak to them on the phone, I know it is easier said than done! I received a similar letter from Capital One, probably in response to contact from Payplan (whom I entered into a DMP with recently) and/or CCA request. I have also had contact from a few other creditors and DCAs but shall direct them to Payplan in writing if they persist and log a complaint.   6. Hello, I have recently found this website and have not stopped reading! Have been happily going along the last two weeks, following advice from here have just sent off my CCA's and entered into a DMP with Payplan. Having cancelled all payments in the interim, I have just discovered that I neglected to cancel one to Mercers (Barclaycard collections). It left my account this morning and have been on the phone to them and Barclays to have this payment recalled/cancelled/refunded. It was on an agreed arrangement to debit my card each month, so am being told that neither companies can do
