  2. Thanks for your advice . I returned the notice of prosecution form saying I was the driver and put a letter in saying it was the wrong road. Today I received another NIP with different reference number on it but this time with the correct road and the same time and date and speed as the first one . I am a bit confused do I send this back aswell and hope they don't fine me twice .
  3. Thanks, I have put a letter with a copy of the notice of prosecution explaining that I was not travelling on that road. I wouldn't want to go to court over a technical error I'm case I lost. Will just do the course. Thanks everyone for your advice.
  4. I received a notice of intended prosecution for doing 41 in a 30 zone. I am not disputing that I was wrong and will pay or do the course. On the nip it says that I was travelling west bound between two particular roads , when I was travelling east bound between another set of roads . The police with the radar gun were hiding on the opposite side of the road in a bus stop. Just wondered when I send this form back admitting I was the driver I should point this out to them

  7. ok thank you , the only other thing is , there is also (Your Total Overdue balance is £376.03. This includes your Payment Arrears balance of £0.00 and Other Amounts Due balance of £376.03 ) i have queried this and they think it is some late penalty fees or charges from when i was ge money over 12 years ago which i knew nothing about until i have checked my account online this week . They are going to send me statements because they said they can only look back 6 years and i haven't missed a payment with kensington at all in 12 years .
  8. Bit of a silly question but here goes . i have 8 years to run on my mortgage and rung the mortgage company to reduce it to 4 years . They said they would have to do credit checks and affordability checks on me and my wife but i know our credit history is shocking . Now my question is ( if they say no ) i have say a direct debit per month for £ 350 and online there is a facility to make a payment . Could i just keep the DD and make a payment Of £ 350 per month as well online for 4 years would i be any better or worse off. I know in theory this sounds simple but just wondered if it would have any affect .
  9. ok i have ticked box d again should i put ( i dispute the debt because planned and unplanned overdraft charges amount to £ 2760 and they are asking for £ 4100 ) goto section 4 i dont need any more documentation from them also should i just print my name and date it

  12. so should I make them an offer or wait for them , they said I have 30 days I could possibly afford 30 - 40 per month
  13. the balance there after is 4100.00 that is after halifax applied from march 2017 till 2018 refund of 1100
  14. ok had a reply from itnrum notice of assignment statements demonstrating how the debt has derived a screen print of the original creditors system demonstrating when the default notice was issued and a copy of the original creditors final response . it also mentions the complaint to the fos made back in 2017 and the outcome resulting in me receiving a refund of interest and charges at that time . In light of above we invite you to put forward an offer of repayment within the next 30 days . The refund i received from halifax against the balance was £ 1100.00 charges for that year 2017 . The amount of charges from 2013 upto 2017 were £ 2760.00 consisting of planned and unplanned overdraft charges .
