  1. My wife recently received an e-mail from these clowns thanking her for agreeing payment for a debt belonging to shop direct. The attachment is actually for somebody with the same name and lists alot of her personal details and payment agreement, who do I contact to cause Lowells the maximum amount of damage that I possibly can
  2. Go on the attack, Phillips are very naughty they are a legitimate bailiff company but also act as a D.C.A. They tried this with me on another matter and sent out a Ray White to frighten me into paying, I was on holiday at the time but he left a letter that I passed on to the police, trading standards and consumer direct. He refused to tell me which court he is licensed at or his registration number and now wont answer my calls, phillips also refused to give me any details on him as I think they realised that it is my intention to ruin this lying bullies life. Never mind ignore them report them to everyone you can think of:mad2:
  3. Hi all We are having a similar problem with Philips/Lowell. During the past week an agent of Philips called at my home and left a very threatening letter with removal notice written all over it. As I was away at the time it had the result of terrifying my daughter. I have contacted the bailiff direct but he now states he knows nothing off the debt and just delivers letters. Philips have also refused to provide me with the bailiffs details. Philips apologised and state that they have two standard letters and that he has inadvertantly delivered the wrong one. I have contacted trading standards and dictated the letter to them and they have confirmed that they are willing to take this on and will ring me back in the next 3 working days. Can anyone advise me how to go after the individual bailiff as he now will not answer my phone calls, and I am not prepared to let this rest, and aim to cause him as much damage as I possibly can. Most professional people have to be registered with a governing body, is this the case with bailiffs and if so who do I contact to complain and how.
