my partner has been out of work for a long time,,fed up he took a cleaning job..he has not signed a contract and has been told its zero hours?? he gets picked up 7am travel 1 1/2 hours each was unpaid gets 2 x 15 min and one 1/2 hour break all unpaid and get home 6pm. is this fair??
