Hello all update on the loan , ive recieved a letter from our friends today . its on the thinest A4 copy paper ive ever seen have a look ! http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn99/sexeysarms/loanmbnaletter.jpg been hand written , came in a brown envelope again hand written . Im thinking because this agreement is pretty much ok i might go for the much reduced payment , i do realise that i will be paying for maybe the next 500 years :o "There is an issue with the ppi as im selfemployed and have been for years , maybe get them off my back now and go back for the charges and ppi later. Any thoughts advise thanks to all who have looked cheers T99

Hello BRW thanks for looking , yes ive signed it but dont see they have ,all there is at the top left hand corner is someones name , its not in a box or anything which says on behalf of mbna . Hello BRW seems like you are really getting to grips with it all now , as you say we are all learning. Hello all First many thanks to Rory and BRW for their time and thoughts from what you say it would appear that this was a mailer i cant remember we have moved so many times cant find much of the things i need . the 1st and 2nd pages do seem to be a little torn around the edges , across the top of no1 is a date stamp 01 05 my signeture is for 12.04 the clean sheets are pre 06 as the late payment charges ect are £12.00 as in no1 they are £25.00, also on no1 or 2 there is no box for ppc which i have been paying , i am selfemployed and have been for nine years . Any thoughts on what to do next many thanks to all who have looked cheers T99

Hi BRW Thanks for the advice , will i think now send Mercers a cca just to be sure along with my letter of account in dispute which i have sent Barclays, and not forgetting the do not phone me one a well. Regarding the Delinquent account bit i have had three cca,s back from MBNA on one of my statements it says delinqent acc ppc suspended now on the front page in the box "i wish to purchase payment protection cover " its empty cant seem to find an old statement at the moment but will and see if they have been charging me for something i did not sign for must get them up on site to get them looked at . how is your war going ? been really busy here weekend im shattered but the till is looking good:) Regards T99

Hello all just to say i had my monthly statement today and found they are still charging for payment protection , even when back in feb they sent me a letter saying they had canceled it , its £21.50 late payment £12.00 overlimet £12.00:confused: , must have a look and see if it went out in March nothing else to report gone quite again after my letter to them re cca Tonka 99

Hello everyone had a letter today from Mercers : Immediate Action Needed bha bha they say they will pass this to a local debt collector who will call at my home to obtain FULL repayment . I wonder what part of this account is in dispute they cant understand will keep you posted cheers M1
