    AIC (p****s!) would be a front runner, and for their routine outright thieving of £1 statutory payments. But I would have to say Muck Hall. Has ANYONE on this whole forum ever known this company to produce one? I don't think I've ever seen a forum thread where anyone's actually got one from them.

    No, I would urge anyone who's even thinking about dealing with LTSB in any capacity gives it a very wide berth. They're the reason I found CAG.

    Theres a few anti-Lloyds clips on youtube already, like the 'I fought the lloyds' and '4000 reasons not to trust lloyds tsb'. They've been on YT for a while now, so I'm a bit surprised it's taken this long to be made apparent to the public.

    I don't think I hate a single organisation more than I hate Lloyds TSB. It's been a pretty terrible last three months for them and if this is the beginning of the end for them, good!

    Speaking of award ceremonies, on Youtube, there's a very entertaining and long-running series of clips called 'Worst Person in the World' (which are from part of an American news show), and are often very funny. So much scope for choice for CAG to set up a similar award ceremony, possibly on a weekly or monthly basis. The winners get cerberusalert's medals in bronze, silver or gold.

    Once 1st Credit slip up, and if they haven't already, they will, report them to the OFT Consumer Credit Licence Fitness section. 1st Credit are already skating on thin ice with the OFT as it is. Here's hoping that it breaks.
