  1. I called up sky last November as I wanted sky TV and Broadband. During the initial call they asked if I wanted sky talk I said NO. As I had the first three months free I didn't see a bill until then which was £225 (meant to be £45) with sky talk added to the sevice. So I cancelled the payment. I called them up in January to tell them I didn't want Sky talk they said they would investigate and get back to me shortly. I have already paid BT for calls so I was not going to be paying them for any calls. After five calls two email and two months later they were still asking me for the money and still no responce from my original complaint. I decided to write a letter and email them twice telling them I had sent a letter. They responded telling me that they had let me down and offered me £25 off my bill, which quite frankly is adding insult to injury, but I still have to pay for the calls I have already paid BT for and that they have sent me a letter saying that they had switched me and corresponded with BT. I called BT and they said they have recieved nothing from sky and I am still active on there system. I called sky for the sixth time and was told that in the initial phonecall they would have quoted terms and conditions stating that they were switching me. I know for a fact I said I didn't want it so I have requested a transcript and a copy of the original phone call. I have had just about enough of the service levels of this company. they have put a bar on my phone even though I am paying BT for its use. BT can't do anything about it (apparently).
