  1. Hi, I have received a notice of charge from a company called central ticketing for the sum of £60 which will increase to £85 should i not pay within 14 days. The notice states my vehicle entered a no access area at one stop shopping center birmingham. I had entered a bus only lane momentarily but realising my error i reversed out and went on my way. A central ticketing employee had managed to take a lovely picture of my car in the middle of the bus zone with my reverse lights on clearly visible. The number plate of my car however cannot be read due to the poor picture quality of the photo. The further information on the reverse of the notice keeps referring to the "parking charge" with details of how to pay, query and appeals process. I would like clarification please if a charge can be applicable for simply entering a no access area and not actually stopping the car and "parking". Also, I believe i am right in saying that as i am the registered keeper of the vehicle and not proven as the driver at the time of the incident i am not liable for this charge? I will be appealing this charge but would like guidance of how to go about it first of all. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
