    Help!

Thank you, what i am intiled to? all of the charges thay have put on my accoucnt, up to this date, or only the money i have payed in, this is ever so confusing, but i feel like Natwest has took advantage of me when i was in a vunruble state they new i wasnt going to clear the debt, but was still happy to take my money. ive never missed a payment in 3 years this is how they repay me. get an overdraft with natwest then your stuck with it for life, out of order!, if it went to a debt collection agency there would be no intrest no £28 monthly charge and my debt would very nearly be cleared. I think they have breeched their contract, "unfair terms in costumer contract regulations 1999" 2006 OFT stated that charges over £12 are untomactictly pressumed to be unfair, also i think the bank has been negligent by the way it has handled my account, ie, no stament to my self, hasnt be handlend with care and skill, They have not took into account my financail difficultys, the bankers code state they need to. The law states that the banks should charge at a resonable cost. can someone please conform for me that all this is right please?

Hi there, my natwest current account has been moved to the 'natwest debt recovery' . 3 years ago i went to gregory pennitons (witch have been great) we arraged a payment plan for £20 p/m to clear my overdraft natwest agrred, as you do i thought i was clearing the debt, i have recived 1 stament in three years! i have payed over £700 towards my £1,000 debt. now my debt is more than what it was to start with, they are charging me £28 p/m and anther £10-£25 p/m !!!!! how could thay do this i will never get out of this debt! i spoke to the financeal ombusmen today and he said he will write a letter to them and they should reply within 5 days, is this likely? have i done the right thing? any advice is very much welcomed x
  4. hi everyone im very new to this, il give you a run down of what is happing and please feel free to reply advice very its much needed. ive been with a finance service for 3 year to clear my debt, NatWest overdraft being the main problem. NatWest agrreed to except £20p/m. my debt has incresed not decreased. i only just found out that they are charging me £28p/m plus intrest aprox £10-£25 p/m. this is with 'natswet credit mangement servises' the account is no longer in use. i have payed over £700 so my balance shoud be around £300. but its still over £1'000. is this unfair?????????
