can anyone hlp me i have sent in 2 letters to bank and have had an offer without intersest which i refused, i hve today received a acknowledgement of service which has been filed vai the court by nat west solicitors, unsure of what to do next any ideas???

Successful Claim It has taken just over a month for me to get £8,122!!!! Paid into my account yesterday, no offers!!! They just rolled over and paid YIPEE!! Thanks for all of your help and advice - going shopping now!!!

Hello I am claiming nearly £7k of charges with interest from the Halifax. I submitted my claim online and they have acknowledged it, their 28 days is nearly up. Has anyone had a similar experience, what happened. I am getting a bit nervous. thanks for you help

Thanks for your reply. I must say that I am getting worried. I have not heard anything from the Halifax at all since they acknowledged the claim. The 28 days is up for them next week. I was going to call them but all of the numbers that are on the site just ring continuosly or are dead. I also tried emailing, no response to that either. I read somewhere that Halifax only pay on a Monday? Do you know if this is true? I hope there is an end to this soon. My brother has just had an offer from NAT WEST. He claimed £3,000 and they have offered £1,700 which I advised him to refuse.
