  2. I didn’t have choice because it was my debt , I don’t want go to details but it was theft and I knew what I was doing
  3. I should add from May they stopped even calling me, becuase they see that I am paying my debt, I make payment today - 15.11, before 06.11 and 31.10 etc...

Hi there, I have negative balance with PayPal from April 2017, it was over £15k, now it’s still £3k For the first few weeks they called me every few days, every time I answered their calls and always my answer was the same that I don’t have that amount to repay now and I can only pay what I can, I was paying every few days something, sometimes more sometimes less but regularly and still I am doing. I don’t have access to my PayPal account, after few Months they locked me but I am still able to do payments from my Bank account directly to my PayPal account, each time I have confirmation email regarding my payment, I never received any letters, reminders etc… I am not on any payments plan with them, I am paying what I can afford
  5. How they can cancel??? Do you mean Lettings agency should send letter to the Private parking company asking to cancel it? Sorry – I don’t understand
  6. I have to add, if you see pictures, Permits are only for the first line – 3 parking spaces, the rest I think are not any specific parking places. My husband parked there – on the “second” line like other cars just for short time doing delivery (key, documents)

  11. Hello, Satsuma/ Provident responded to me today and they rejected my claim, how to complain to Financial Ombudsman? Can Someone let me know please way how to do it, what should I send etc...? Thnak you
  12. Hello Gonzo27, What happened with your Claims? I am interested because on the 6th of October I sent as well letters to Wonga and WDA and still anything, where some others responded and sorted very quickly. Tomorrow suppose to be my payment day but first time I won’t pay them

Hello, I received yesterday by post parking charge from Parking Control Management UK Ltd for “parking in the parking area reserved for patrons whilst on the premises only” I am working there, and every day at least 2 times / day I am parking there (for few minutes) collecting Key, invoices, bills etc.. – It’s a letting agency and I have to be there at least a few days but my question is: I did not have ticket ON MY windscreen AND as well they send me picture from CCTV and tickets as well it’s not there. Can I appeal ?

What should I do?? discuss repayment I can offer only £10.00/ Month AND wait for response from Complains department or IGNORE THEM??? BUT ignoring will mean missing payment on my Credit file. Should I go for repayment plan if I am complying and before final decision?
