It happened in Norway last summer, lovely place The toll had no barrier and we didn't see any signs at all, it was just as we went through it that we realised but it was too late by then. Going the other way, at the same place, it was well signposted so we paid. I found a tourist web site about driving in Norway and it stated that fines were dished out by EPC so I think they must be doing it with the approval of the Norwegian authorities. European Parking Collection plc (EPC) Hello all, just wondered if anyone knows this company? We have received a charge certificate for going through a road toll, one that was so badly signposted that we didn't realise it was there until it was too late and have received a £30+ fine through this company. We were in Europe in a non EU country. They also sent it to our old address so is already late for payment. They have sent a photo of the number plate and the bonnet but don't these things have to show the driver? I have no doubt I will have to pay it but just wondered what anyone thought. Thanks.
