    I've thoroughly read this thread, as today whilst parking in a disable bay at Crystal Peaks Sheffield, I too have received a PCN. The vehicle clearly displays a valid tax disc clearly showing disabled, yes my blue badge was not clearly displayed but it is evident I am disabled. I am happily going to ignore!

    Tescgo If the value of the bounced cheque was originally credited to your account then they will then reverse the transaction and debit it from your account along with the £4 Regards LilyLou

    How can you pay £35 for a Guaranteed Card Payment Fee when you paid by cheque? I thought minimum clearance for a cheque was 3 days? Cheque would not have been paid in until 6th so earliest date for clearance I would have thought is 8th/9th. May be wrong but I would definately want an explanation. I have banked with Natwest for years and have never known a cheque clear that quickly. Regards

    If you have to pay your own tax and NI then you will have to register as self employed. Have they asked you for your UTR (unique tax reference) number? Regards

    Many thanks Andy will write to them ASAP. The goods were very costly to the club, they have paid £11000 so far with 5.5k still outstanding, for a load ov crap. Would like to offer F&F but they will not have it. Might have to remind them that if the club goes t*ts up they'll get nothing!!!! Lily

    Hi Andy and thanks Termination and 2nd default notice are 2nd October 09. Both others are 28 August 09. As far as I am aware no default notice has been served, however I will check. Thankyou for your reply

    Hello all I am treasurer of a small Working Mens Club that has very limited funds due to previous administration (prosecuted for theft from club). We have received these default notices and don't know which way forward we can go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou..... erm forgotten how to link the docs from photobucket !!!!!!!
