....Hi; a CCA is aCONSUMERCREDITAGREEMENT and SB means a Debt is Barred by STATUTE.( after 6 years in England but only 5 in Scotland)... PS: just read through some of the threads and you soon get the hang of things....wm.

Hi;...just a quick Question.....my water debt has been to Court a couple of years ago.......I was not defending it at the Time..... didn't know the outcome of it all ......and all of a sudden had Robbers -Way (through Horrible Farters) on to me demanding this Debt ;....(which I 've paid ever since at £20ish per month) what proof can I ask for ??......... This month 2 years ago I received a SD from Connaught.....I didn't know any better in those days and phoned them...the guy said if I paid them £100 "they "can set it aside , and so I did ,and paid a certain small amount which I can afford ever since......but lately I started to think that when that SD was served it was already statute barred.!!....will a CCA tell me????.....Thanks in advance!!........Werner M...... OH DEAR........I have just found out (through the Grapevine)...that the info. given in these very intimate and personal Questionaires will find its way to the Homeoffice where it would be used regarding future ID-cards.......but Housingassociations seem to claim that it only has something to do with their Governmentfunding!!!.....(after airportworkers who's next?? HA-tenants???) makes you think.....I wonder how they get around the DataprotectionACT??..I'm sure that our Orwelliangovt. will come up with something !! I'm sure !!
