Didn't find out till after the court closed.

BEET is due in court tomorrow but cannot get time off work. So far SCM have not submitted their court bundle despite non-compliance letter. Just checked phonebank & they have not paid up. Any suggestions? Is there a letter I can fax to the court to apologise? Will the case be thrown out if Beet does not attend? By 'eck! Doesn't time fly?!!! It's nearly 4th April & still nothing from SCM! Sent in Beet's bundle in the nick of time but no bundle from the defence. Faxing non-compliance letter tomorrow to Court. Getting worried now as it looks like Beet may end up in court & I've done everything for him so far!!! What are the options if they don't submit a bundle or pay up before 10am on Wednesday? Could the case still go ahead? :-?

Don't believe them!! Just follow the guidelines on this website & continue your claim through the court if need be. All the banks say they won't be paying but give in eventually.

Don't think so. I'm interested to see what the Tonight programme has to say if it's on on Friday. Any CAG members on it?

For anybody local, I should also be on Radio Nottingham's breakfast show tomorrow discussing bank charges & how anyone can claim them back.

Thank you fans!! Just popped in to see our office caretaker at her social club & someone asked me if I would autograph their bingo tickets!! Thanks for everyone's kind wishes. I think I've claimed everything back that I can for myself but I'm still plodding on with another LTSB Credit Card claim for my friend. I have to send in the Court Bundle within the next month. Unfortunately this case is with Nottingham County Court so I won't be lucky enough to get the Judges who were kind to me on my case.

I'll pay them in tomorrow. I would imagine they'll clear straight away as they are LTSB cheques going into a LTSB a/c. I will be transferrign the money straight out!!

Well fancy that!! Got home last night to find an envelope on the hall carpet with a familiar looking grey letter inside. Inside was a letter from S,C & M with 2 cheques - one for the full amount of the claim & one for the £55 Warrant fee!!! No terms, no conditions, just the cheques. Oh! Plus a gentle reminder to let the Court know that they have paid. They even reminded me of the Court's address, telephone number & fax number just in case I couldn't find it. Now I wonder what would happen if I was too busy in the next few days to let the court know?!!!!! ;-) Don't worry I'm only joking!! So no bailiffs for me at Newark but it was close!!! Thanks everyone for you interest & support. PS. The letter had a Gatwick postal franking stamp. Wonder if someone posted it on the way to catch a plane somewhere?!!

From what I understand the Court will serve the Warrant of Execution on the bank & then advise them that if they don't pay within 5? days the bailiffs will visit them & seize goods.

Warrant issued 14 Feb. It's up to the bailiffs when they choose to visit but I think they give them another few days to pay up before they go in.

Received confirmation from the court today that the Warrant was issued on 14 Feb. Have to sit back & wait now. 8)

Nothing received in the post today!! And they can't make a last minute deposit into my account as it's closed. So at the moment I'm waiting for a hunky courier dressed in black leathers to whizz round the corner on a motorbike bringing my cheque. Or maybe the fairies will leave something under my pillow?! Or I could just go to court tomorrow to arrange for the bailiffs to give them a visit.

They've also got till the end of 12th February to pay me too?!!
