well wnt to court and they upheld the charging order. i have cca them and no reply can i go for a set aside ? or can i ask for a subject access request to find out when they got hold of the mbna account please reply feeling a bit fragile

hi all re link getting stroppy in court tomorrow 2nd June they have got an interim order by stealth! cca and no cca recieved back in the allowed time so will be asking the court to throw out the action old debt over 10 years (MBNA for info) will let you know how i got on.

hi all not sure if this is the right place for this, sent a cca request to wescot and have just recieved a copy of the application for a credit card ? have they complied our should we have recieved a credit agrement. do i do any more ?

Just so my brain clicks in after 12 days after a cca request still no reply are they now commiting an offence? can i get writing now to bos and presure them for a change

sorry for delay no defence sent unaware i could first i knew was a letter stating the action was moved to wales did the cca and have recieved no communication from link could i argue that they have no right to the debt i have no communication from Mbna for years? i wont give up yet, untill all avenues have been explored.

hi all recieved today from link further to recent correspondance we writ to inform youthat an interim order was obtained by the above company (link) agianst your interest in the above named property. we enclose by the way of servisethe interrim order and a copyof the application for a charging order they state that i can settle the debt and avoid action they appear to have a ccj the hearing is on the 04 march in cardif i live in hertfordshire they have untill the 28th of feb to answer a cca request. 1 have they the right to the debt without the cca 2 the debt is over five years old 3 can i move the court v enue

HI all Link have notified me that they will put a charge on our property and we have recieved a letter from land registry stating i have to the 14 march to contest the action with the land registry i have sent a cca request which they should reply by the 29th if they dont have i legal right to have the action stopped.

hi all the two sd they sent have been on form 6.1 23/11/07 03/01/08 have i left it too late they did send back my cca request see thread what next?

will look at the sd now and see what they are asking for then go through the process of set aside. will not contact 1st credit unless they contact us. then decide on next move after consulting thread answers

HI all re connaught, asked for cca. GOT A reply today text of letter. we write with regard to the above matter and in particular your resent request for further information. I must advise you that unfortunatly we at connaught collection uk do not hold such details at this office we have therfore closed out files amn returned them to 1st credit (address given) please ensure that all corresponance in regards to this matter is forwarded to thier office... i got my postal order back what next?

We have not asked for a cca but we did request a breakdown of the claim nothing returned. i have obtained postal order to the value of £1.00 is there a letter template available?
