I have a current plus account with NatWest which is currently £275.01 overdrawn. This amount is entirely down to charges. I origionally went over drawn through a check for approximately £8 (which placed me approx £5 overdrawn) This has subsequently seen me being charged £30 a month for being overdrawn (the account does not have an agreed overdraft facility). The fines at one point saw the account being approx £300 overdrawn and this amount was paid. The following month i was again charged (for the month in which i payed the balance) and subsequent charges have sine seen the account reach the new afore-mentioned balance of £275.01DR. I have withdrawn no money from the account myself since the check, all overdraft amounts are charges. I am a full time student studying for a masters in business managment and £300 represents alot for me. I feel the amount i am being expected to pay is unreasonable and am as such pretty keen for some help if possible?
