  1. seens as i work fpr E-on i can sugges that your electric has to be off for at least 18 hrs before any compensaiton is applicable, however it is true that you would need to speak to your distributor and this is on your bill
  2. well the one thing i can say as an employee of E.on is that he would have felt like an idiot, explaining that, but he has to stick with the company line lol, but alls well that ends well,
