Thank you i will write to them but i have no faith at all in a reply

I need some advice on how i complain about a district judge, I was taken to a final charging order hearing with one of my creditors for which i prepared a defense with my dmp companys counsellors help which i mistakenly thought would be considered. Instead none of my areguments were considered at all or listerend to as every time i tried to say any thing i was cut off by the judge. who tolld me to my face in front of the company's solicitor "that he was horrified by my level of debt" (i owe 69K) he then went on to say how horrable it was that you read in the papers about people who run up debt and don't pay it back he then further assulted my character by stating what was to prvent me going down the high street and getting more in to debt since i had a track record" none of which is true like most people in debt i occured my debts before my circustances change and i have done my utmost to seek help through a non fee paying dmp to repay all my creditors equally this was all in my defense but ignored by this judge simply becase it felt that he wanted just to punish me. i really dont think this is fair and please can i ask who do you write a complain too.
