hi all as title says i got about £1400 of halifax last year through unfairbankcharges.com (didnt find this site till yesterday) they settled out of court for full amount . anyway just recieved letter of them because ive gone £9.19 overdrawn it says charge amount is £35.00 which will be taken out of my account on 16-1-08 also as you have gone over your agreed overdraftlimit you will also be charged a monthly unauthourised overdraft charge of £28.00 this will be taken from you account on the 29-2-08 can they get away with this or id there some procedure i can do to stop it many thanks agazzis

hi thanks for reply what happens if he lays me off or says if you dont like it leave (he will he doesnt care )do i just leave because i have dependents and a mortgage i dont want to lose my job without another to got to and this bit confused me in your letter shouldnt the year be 2006/2007 I therefore wish to claim 20 days' holiday pay (for the holiday year 2006). many thanks and ill will definatley keep you informed ps i have not signed no paper work with him infact i havent even seen a contract or any of the sort

thanks advisee for the link regarding the holiday pay does this mean he has to pay me all the unpaid holiday leave ive had? ive had 2 weeks christmas 2006/2007 ,2 weeks in may 2007. and two weeks this christmas. and the reason i done the course is because last christmas he said ill have to give you your notice so i booked up my course which was done in jan 2007 and then he kept me on but i had already got course booked costing close to a grand through goverment work agency and anyway i did the course and he said im not paying you while you attend it i know he did not want me to do it as to keep me tied to his **** company so i done two weeks on this course unpaid . and who do i file a grivence with and what does this entail many thanks agazzis

hi i have been with my employer now for about 18 months i have not signed no contract stating anything with him we are a small company about 10 men he says i get my holiday money payed in with my weekly wage i come away with 270 for 5 and a half days after tax and insurance so i dont get payed holiday money also i done a two week course to further my qualifacations last year which he never payed me to do is he allowed to get away with this ? also im hard of hearing and im having problems with his son him saying i should listen more open my ears ect oh and ive heard him call me a spacker twice now which i challenged him about saying who you calling spacker he said you are a spacker you should open your ears and listen. where do i go with this ? cant exactly go to his farther as he knows all about it and has done nothing . also they are a few jobs i could of had ladt year but i would fail the medical handicapping my earning potential is there any thing i can do about this?
