  5. From looking at the TA. I don't think LL could get away increasing the rent by the amount you stated with you signing a new TA, which you are under No obligation to sign. You can appeal the rent increase, But the LL could serve you with a notice to quit. Sorry to sound blunt you could always look for some else to live.   12. Just to point out there are 2 different types of tracking Royal Mail use Royal Mail Tracking 24/48hrs that doesn't need a signature just says delivered online. Royal Mail Signed for 24/48 hrs, that needs a signature which will show online the Name and signature. .....

  17. Don't just sign or agree to anything. You need to be careful and not sign anything until you fully read a new TA making sure they're not a "break clause" in it.   22. They are Wrong. Typical letting agent don't have a clue ! The tenancy becomes periodic tenancy at the end of the fixed term by law regardless of what a LA/LL say, you do not have to sign another TA.
