just an update on this the ombudsman came back and ruled in my favor they say they have taken action against them but say i should pay £450 as a token of good will to clear the debt to link finincial the debt was £3500 should I pay it or tell link to take a run and jump MBNA had my life hell for the last 2 years.

If its a DCA, add it to your Contacts, Create a Group in your mobile called Plonkers (or something appropriate), set the Group ringtone to none and no vibrate - then add the DCA contact to the Group.

 

Bingo - everytime a call comes in from that number (and all the rest you have put in the group) from here on in - silent & not vibrating

yes but most dca's call from either private or unknown numbers so that would only work if they they displayed thier numbers. I myself dont answer any call from a number I dont reconiser or one thats witheld.

Ok first off I'm the guy who originally left a message ilove2drink, the dude who stars as kermit in this video. Was using my mates PC. By the way good effort an that ,you made people laugh, got respect for that but the fact of the matter is, that video is edited. Every senior member of staff at Fredrickson has seen that video and heard the original recording. Lets say that it wasn't edited for example, I would of been sacked! Serious DPA breachs like that, while on probation means being sacked.

it will cost them money if you complain to the fsa around 500 pounds per complaint so please go ahead and compain to the fsa moorcroft will think twice if more people compained to the fsa also you need to ensure the debt is dead and burried you dont want them passing it to another dca

i would continue to complain if i were you thats what i am doing to aktiv krapital

what about a protest outside one or 2 of the dca's offices we could all go up tp leeds and picket lowell or have a lovly day down at chester with MBNA and Aktiv Krapital
