  7. you can check the royal mail website http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm just enter the code that they gave you when you posted it, and you can find out if its been delivered
  8. send off your lba now, include in it a breakdown of charges aswell, regarding the terms for individual charges, all you can do is put on the spreadsheet (or however you are recording them) what it says on your statement

  10. start your court claim, just because they said they didnt receive the letter is no reason to deviate from your timetable, issue your mcol, and provide them with another breakdown of your charges (they can be funny like that )

  18. its recommended that you only insert that , if you are actually going to make a complaint
  19. wait until you get anything from them first and double check it to see if it tallies up with what you thought it should be, if it fine, then just send your preliminary letter and continue from there
