  1. ok, dont worry, calm down dear have they actually refunded any money to your account?, or have they just said that is what they propose to do?, if they havent put any money in yet, dont fret, just submit your MCOL when you get paid for the full amount, however, asap post a copy of your charges summary to the bank , i.e tomorrow, then they cant complain about that, if the bank has refunded, the money it said it would (£170) then merely subtract this from the total amount of your claim when submitting your MCOL

  11. you're not blind, there is no official template letter, however something along the lines of dear mr bank dude regarding your offer of £xxxx in letter dated XXXX , i accept this amount as a partial settlement only , and i will be pursuing the remainder of £xxxx as stipulated by my original timetable regards me should do

  15. my advice, forget about the overdraft interest for now, just send your prelim letter with your total charges on reason being, its fairly complicated and i wouldnt want you to make a mistake and jeopordise things

  24. damn £4.10 , dont be paying that much, its only £1 for recorded delivery, ok just reply saying thanks but thats not enough etc, its to look good , just incase it was ever shown to a judge, who would then look favourably as you had made very effort to settle out of court
