hello iam new here, iam thinking of claiming back my charges made by nationwide, NatWest and lloyds over the past 6 years. i was just looking at bank templates page http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/516-1-data-protection-act.html and trying to work out do i have to send one copy of this letter or do i send each bank a letter each, and also where do i send it to. a link to the address would be appericiated. thanks
