  1. I have received a PCN from a london borough in the post but the name is spelt incorrectly. For example assume the name should be John Anthony Smith, instead it is spelt John Ajthony Smith. A small error I know but any ground for rejecting the PCN? Or, would the law expect any reasonable person to realise it is a mistake given the minor nature of the error? By the way, I have received PCNs from this council before and my name has always been spelt correctly and have checked my DVLA records and they have also have my correct name spelling, therefore I am 100% sure its not based on any mis-i
