Got onto trading standard was told to send letter to store i bought it from recorded delivery.give them 14 days to reply then pass it back to trading standards

HI every one wonder if anyone can help me with a problem about SCS received my suit from them on the 31 March had rep out twice the first one told its normal for the foam to give a little got the second out to be told the foam has totaly collapsed plus the pile is starting to fray the second rep took photos of the suit trying to get refund but they say no they wont recover te suit all they will do is replace 3 bits of foam not 4 like they should do any help would be apprieated hope i have done this right.
