Hi everyone, I am hoping someone on here will be able to advise me as I'm a bit lost. I recently sent my first letter to Abbey 20/07/07 they didnt respond within the 40 days so I sent the second letter template of stating that if they didn't respond by 19/09/07 (yesterday) I would be filing a County Court action under Section 7 and 15 (2) of the Data Protection Act 1998 and file a complaint with the office of the information commissioner and the financial services authority. To be honest I just assumed they would send me the information and I don't really know how I go about doing any of this. I am aware of the test case but from what I understand it doesn't affect me requesting the information of my charges, is this right? Also I am in N Ireland so not sure if that affects anything. Any help greatly received. Thanks,
